Copyright Policy

The copyright in all photographic works resulting from the booking remains the property of Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media). The client acknowledges that the purpose of the creation of the photographic works includes the right of the Photographer to:

  • enter the photographic works into photographic competitions or awards and for their use in any material published in connection with promoting those competitions or awards; and;

  • advertise or otherwise promote the Photographer's work; and

  • submit the photographic works for display at art galleries or other premises and;

  • use the photographic works for any other purpose within the photographers business activities.

Terms & Conditions regarding Purchasing Extra Images.

  • All orders are to be paid in full within 3 days of this agreement unless otherwise arranged. Because all orders are customised, products are personalised and non-generic, and because the order will be processed immediately after the presentation orders cannot be cancelled or reversed. Although orders will be processed, the products will not be released to the client until all payments have been made.

  • We will guarantee the products against manufacturer's defect. All photographic works are copyright to Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) but are released for personal use only to the client.

Terms & Conditions regarding Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) Payment Instalment Agreement

Our instalment plan is a great way to pay off your investment for those treasured photographic family memories.

NOTE: this plan is not a Consumer Credit Contract as defined by the Credit Contracts and Consumer Finance Act 2003 (CCFA) or a Layby Sale as defined by the Fair Trading Act 1986 (FTA). 

  1. This Agreement is made between the customer and Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media)for the supply of photographic works.

  2. No interest will be charged on the total purchase price of the goods.

  3. The customer may request a statement showing the balance owing to Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media), which will be provided free of charge.

  4. Payments pursuant to this agreement are to be made either weekly, fortnightly or monthly up until the session date. All portrait sessions must be paid in full one week prior to the shoot date. All Wedding Photography bookings must be paid in full two weeks prior to the wedding day.

  5. Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) will guarantee the product against any manufacturer's defect.

  6. All photographic works are copyright to Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media). Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) retains ownership of copyright but releases the photographs for personal use only to the customer.

  7. The client has the right to cancel this agreement at any time prior to taking possession of the goods.

  8. In the event that the customer cancels this agreement, or the customer fails to make payments at the frequency and amount as required by this agreement, or otherwise breaches a material term of the agreement, Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) will:

    1. If cancelled prior to two weeks before the shoot date, Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) will refund the amount already paid by the customer

    2. If cancelled within the two week period before the shoot date, Katrina Cooper (Many Talents Media) will retain the deposit and refund any additional payment made.

    3. Wedding deposits cannot be refunded. If a wedding is cancelled within one month of the shoot date, any additional payments will also be retained.
